We offer free same day delivery within Sheffield and the surrounding area on orders above £35. Only £3.99 on orders below this value.

 

Other UK areas will be entitled to free first class postage (Usually 1-2 working days) on orders over £100. Orders below this value will be entitled to first class postage for £4.99.

 

UK Standard class postage (Usually 3-5 working days) is free on orders over £35 and only £3.99 on orders below this value.

 

International postage to Europe is available for £15.00

 

Any orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day and delivered in accordance with our delivery timescales above, although we will do our best to still ship orders after 2pm on the same day but can't guarantee. Unfortunately we do not ship weekends or bank holidays so any orders received after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.

If your item has not arrived

We are sorry that your item has not arrived. If your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please do inform us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will track your item to see if it's on the way or if delivery was attempted. If your item is classified as lost, we are very sorry for this and would be due to circumstances outside our control. We will replace your item if available or offer a refund for your item. If we are informed about your item after 30 days of the expected delivery date, we will attempt to help you but unfortunately can't guarantee a refund or replacement.


Returns Policy

Returns on Items Returned into Store

 

You may return any item in store within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund. After 7 days you will be entitled to an exchange or credit note if returned within 1 month. All we ask is that the product is unworn in it's original packaging.

Returns on Items sent to us

If you are not local or simply prefer to send a return back to us you may do so within 14 days of receiving an item. Please contact us to let us know the item is coming back and then you may post the return back to our shop address on the contact us page. The buyer will be responsible for any returns costs. All we ask is that the product is unworn in it's original packaging.
