Kids Fitting Appointments
Our kids fitting appointment times are available to book via our website. We do not charge for booking fitting appointments. All we ask is that customers contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule if you are unable to attend. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept future appointments for customers who don't show up to their appointments.
In uncontrollable circumstances and customers need to cancel on the day, we ask customers to do this as early as possible and if this is after 9am please call us, otherwise email is ok as we monitor these before the shop is open and upto 10pm the night before.

Worn returns for Purchases through our Website
Occasionally, a product may be faulty and we are dedicated to provide the best possible customer experience. If a product is faulty, please do get in touch and we will do our best to help. If there is a genuine manufacturing fault we will replace your item which will be held at the discretion of the manger.
